This recipe is from Betty Simmons of East Texas.
Each is a standard can from your local grocer, and will feed 2-4 people in grand style in about 10 minutes on the stovetop.
1 – Ranch Style Beans
1 – Rotel Tomatoes (Medium)
1 – Diced Tomatoes
1 – Minestrone Soup
1 – Mixed Vegetables
1 – Whole Kernel Corn
The above is a great vegetarian recipe, if loaded down with sodium!
Add:
1 – Chunk Chicken in Water
and you’ll have a great soup that has some meat to it. There are some variations you can play with on ingredients, but don’t stray too far without some big taste changes.
